This screenshot shows how a Person document can be validated as part of the validation workflow which is used in ERP5 Express to keep track of valid vs. invalid data. The Person document defines all information related to persons such as their role (ex. client, supplier, etc.), their function, activity, contacts, etc. ERP5 uses a central registry for all persons which is common to all business modules. This approach reduces the risk of redundancy and inconsistency of the base data.
