This screenshot shows a sample campaign in ERP5 Express CRM. Campaign are a kind of mini project which gathers all events (ex. Phone Calls, Emails, etc.) related to the same goal. Campaign are usually implemented by a team and supervised by a corporate executive and operated by a campaign manager. In this example, 3 events have been planned. Pending events are waiting for approval by the campaign manager.
