Subscriber Business Data stored on ERP5 Express servers will never be disclosed to any third party in any way unless explicitely authorized by the subscriber or explicitely requested by a court injunction.
Personal Data of subscribers to ERP5 Express are protected by the Directive 95/46/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 October 1995 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and by the French Law on Information and Freedom which together provide the highest privacy standards in the world.
